Job description:

- Answer customers’ enquiries over the phone
- Advise German speaking users of leading technology products over the phone
- Data entry and information collect
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with customer
- Working in a multinational and dynamic team

Your profile:

- Native or Fluent Russian and Polish
/ Fluent English
- Interest in IT and desire to develop in that area
- IT and Technical background highly appreciated
- Keen to be trained in the newest and cutting edge technology
