We are looking for native or fluent Croatians speakers to work for one of the world’s IT leaders.

Job Description :

Offer highest level support for server applications. Work with 1st level tech support requests and provide solutions for problems. Responsible for looking, detecting and fixing errors in software and informing the developers of the errors. Tools are application code, database, log files and application administration web interface.

As a Tech Support you will:

• Ensure established quality control procedures are adhered to as well as be able to refine and improve upon them.

• Operate within a shift system to meet company needs.

• Provide customers with friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer support.

• Provide troubleshooting services to customers by email.

• Work effectively with other team members to provide support for customers.

• Be responsible for continuous improvements to existing processes and procedures.

• Researches new technology or development tools to remain informed of current technology.

Candidate requirements:

• Good level of English

• Fluent or native Croatian

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in IT

• Strong problem solving skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently

• Good problem solving skills
