Technology Sales Representative N&E Europe – Oracle Embe

JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are currently seeking an embedded Technology Sales Representative (TSR) to raise the profile of Oracle in the embedded market and grow Oracle''''s embedded device/systems market share by achieving new design wins and bringing new revenue to Oracle associated with those design wins.With a Design win we mean that a partner has designed Oracle Technology into a solution that is resold to end-users.You will work with the complete stack of Embeddable Oracle Technology Products. You will target only partners that embed those products into devices/systems that are sold as a turnkey system or black box to the end users.Reporting to Kenneth Gustafsson, Senior Sales Director of EMEA Embedded Global Business Unit.Location for this role is flexible within the Northern & Eastern European territory, i.e. Nordics, Baltic''''s, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Eastern Europe or Greece.SCOPE:Single contributor, but leads the activities of virtual teams in sales and support process.Works in an assigned territory within the Northern & Eastern European region.Works to identify all prospects for “new design wins” (including existing Oracle customers under Embedded Software License Agreement (ESL) contracts).Works with appropriate Oracle Partners on mainly ESL (Embedded Software License) contracts through the local Oracle sales organizations (TSBU, TechGB or Alliance & Channels teams).Works with other Lines of Business (LOB''''s) to facilitate contract issues and order process.Works towards a mix of targets:License Sales Revenue from existing ESL customersNumber of “new design wins”License Sales Revenue from “new design win” customers.RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:Winning new design wins and generate new revenues in line with given targetsDeveloping a strategy and sales plan for the given territoryDriving the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns.Marshalling internal and Partner resources to conduct campaigns and sales projects.Developing, extending and maintaining relationships with the appropriate staff with customers and internally at Oracle.Facilitating and nurturing Senior Management relationships to generate active sponsorship of Oracle.Working with, and influencing the activities of Oracle Partners.Maintaining an understanding of Oracle''s strategic direction in the embedded market.Maintaining an awareness of Oracle''s current and future technology products and services. Maintaining an understanding of competitive activity relevant to embedded market. Translate Oracle''s Strategy and Marketing Messages to the market. Produce an accurate forecast and pipeline through assigned tools and processes. Build and maintain effective relationships with other Oracle LOB''s and EGBU Sales Consultant resources to ensure resources are made available as and when required. Maintaining an awareness of Partner Competence and capability. Deliver and co-ordinate customer presentations and demonstrations.REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:Long time experience with sales thru partners, preferable “OEM” sales skills.Good English communication skills, local language skills are a plus.High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment.Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment.Professional with good organizational and planning skills. Strong networking skills and ability to communicate at all levels.Strong business acumen. Problem-solver and innovative thinker.
