Support Services Specialist - SSP 002Candidates should be able to receive and log requests for support from help desk, other service delivery staff and/or users. Investigate problems and other requests for support and provide correct responses to requests by: manipulating data, reconfiguring systems, changing operating procedures, communicating solutions with customers, producing additional documentation, or escalating requests to systems development staff or software suppliers. Ensure all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards, methods and procedures.
