Midea commercial air-conditioner for Greece market is looking for a

Sales and Marketing Manager

The person will be responsible for managing sales and marketing activities in Greece for commercial air-conditioners manufactured by Employer, reporting your actions and get approval -whenever required- to and from general manager of Employer for European market of Midea CAC.​

· The duties:

Ø Achieving sales turnover of USD two million based on Midea or MDV brand commercial air-conditioner billing realized by Employer during the contract duration period in the Spain market.​ OEM brands sales turnover is excluded.​

Ø Acquiring customers

Ø Developing and managing sales network

Ø Establishing sales strategy

Ø Managing marketing activities such as seminars, promotions and training etc.​

Ø Designing marketing tools such catalogues, leaflets and advertisements etc.​

Unexpected activities and expenses, normally not included in the above, shall get specifically written approval.​

· Working hours: Normal working hours are forty hours/​five days per week, from 8:30Am to 5:30PM from Monday to Friday, with lunch break one hour at noon.​

· Income package: The income package shall be of a fixed and variable remuneration.​

Ø Fixed remuneration:

Have a yearly salary, Pay in 13 monthly equal installments.​

Ø Variable remuneration:

In addition to base salary, you will receive one percent bonus based on the sales volume.​

· Professional Experience required:

Ø • At least 3- 5 years sales experience with air-conditioner competitors;

Ø • Ability to build, develop and manage key customer relations;

Ø • Ability to build relationships with customers and distributors that are at high levels within their organizations;

Ø • Dedicated to selling and with ability to create strong sales within his responsibility;

Ø • Ability to co-ordinate with the engineering and production departments in order to provide the customer with 100%​ satisfaction;

Ø • Good command of written and spoken English;

Ø • Good communications skills;

Ø • Good presentation skills;

Ø • Well developed computer skills;

Ø • Extensive travelling required;

Ø • Preference with HVAC system design experience;

Ø • University degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.​
