PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP processes, solutions and products.

The Consultant assumes an active role in the implementation process and creates value for SAP customers through the effective delivery of SAP processes, solutions and products.

The Consultant will be committed to maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction in each of their accounts and growing and developing reference to enable customers through their implementation, investigation, analysis, instruction and relationship building efforts.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Contribute to consulting projects by designing SAP Solutions based on the analysis of the client's business processes and their mapping to the SAP Solutions. The Consultant will be trained and will gather experience to become responsible for project scoping, delivering and presentations to customers.

Core tasks:

* Design SAP MM/SRM solutions based on business requirements of client

* Carry out configuration

* Write Functional Specifications

* Generate Test Scripts and conduct testing of configured system

* Write Configuration Documents

* Write End User Documents

* Assist the Client in SAP Solution knowledge transfer and carry out end user training

* Conduct workshops with business users and core team members of clients

* Teach SAP courses in area of specialization

* Adhere to SAP standards in terms of project delivery and ensure high quality of service and high client satisfaction

WORK EXPERIENCE

* Previous work experience in the areas of logistics will be considered an asset

* Ability to present complex information to customers and colleagues in a clear and appealing manner

* Familiarity with software development/implementation Methodologies

* Familiarity with SAP solutions and products

* Complementary know-how of competitive solutions

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

* University degree in related fields (Engineering / Information Technology / Science / Business)

* Postgraduate degree will be advantageous

* Excellent analytical skills; ability to move logically and creatively from facts to conclusions

* Fast learner; enjoying searching new knowledge areas

* Enjoying working in a team environment

* Good self-discipline, tasks follow-up and time management skills

* Customer focus and drive for results

* Quality commitment

* Business level English & Greek (Verbal & written)

* Military obligations fulfilled (where applicable)
