Our client, an international prestigious company with offices all over the world is looking to recruit for a Russian and Polish speaking Customer Service and Technical support agents for their offices in Greece. The premises of the company are situated in a beautiful part of Athens, close to the centre as well as the sea, historical and other places of interest.

Job specification:

- Dealing promptly and efficiently with enquiries from customers
- Account management for customers based in Poland and Russia
- Answering inbound calls on behalf of the client meeting the high standards expected of a professional, international company

Person specification:

- Fluent in Russian, Polish AND English
- Immediate availability
- Previous customer services/call centre experience is beneficial
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Hardware and software knowledge is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Mid-full knowledge of PC games

- You have the possibility to rent an apartment alone or to have a flat mate.
- Non furninshed apartments: 280-320 euros/month
- Fully furninshed apartments: 330-400 euros/month
- Non furnished apartments shared with a colleague: 150-250 euros/month
- Fully furnished apartments shared with a colleague: 200-300 euros/month



Cost of living in Greece:

- The cost of living for food and drink is estimated about 80 euros per week
- Around the company you can easily find all means of transportation, like tram, train, bus, trolley and metro. You also have the possibility to buy a monthly transportation card of 35 euros.
