Project Coordinator (Temporary) - Athens
As a Project Coordinator, you'll be managing all aspects of client proposals, creatives, briefs as well as plan and execute strategic initiatives. You are focused, proactive self-starter, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you're an advisor and consultant, as well as a client advocate within Google. You'll use your analytical skills to develop and close new business, grow existing business, and support your team with research, market analysis and other collateral.
Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of client proposals, creatives, briefs.
* Plan and execute strategic initiatives.
* Plan, lead and deliver a strategic global cross-channel sales project for key partners.
* Deliver program updates to senior sales leaders.
* Deliver critical pieces of analysis and research to drive new insights into progress of projects.
Requirements:
* MA/MSc degree or equivalent preferred with a strong academic record.
* Proven project management, analytical, change management and leadership skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and sound business judgment: capable of seeing and understanding detail and the big picture, short-term and long-term implications.
* Ability to manage, influence and persuade others without direct authority.
* Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Excellent written and communication skills.
* Fluent in Greek and English.
