Program Manager - Mobile Banking

We have an immediate need for a Program Manager for a Mobile Banking Governance project. Selected canddiate must be able to define the governance model for Mobile Banking. The department wants to create a mobile application and will create the application themselves but they want to use the Authentication and Logon that the group has. The department will own the application but will leverage the group's Architecture and Framework.
