Role: Customer Service/Technical Support Representative
Fluent in German / Proficient knowledge of English
Salary: 1045 euro gross per month (not negotiable) + 2 extra salaries (1 full before Christmas, ½ before Easter and ½ holidays)
Location: Athens, Greece
16% Tax in Greece
Relocation assistance: flight ticket and 2 weeks of accommodation in hotel, taxi upon arrival and first day to work

Purpose:
Receive and place telephone calls. Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Performs data entry and uses software programs. Also require research skills to trouble shoot customer problems.

Responsibilities:

Follows standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling the most frequently asked questions as effectively as possible, recognizing more complex problems and escalating accordingly
Provides basic to moderately complex support to Apple customers on Apple products, systems, peripherals and software, in some cases, using communication skills to direct customers to third parties or other locations for further support.
Logs calls from customers into the customer relationship database and follow escalation procedures to resolve problems.
Tracks and follows cases to ensure that they are closed in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring that all issues raised are dealt with.
Provides and maintain strong, professional relationship with all of Apple’s customers and show empathy for our customers at all times.
Be positive and proactive and have a desire for positive improvement in quality.

Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous call centre or related experience is desirable
