JOB TITLE: Professional Services Coordinator
COMPANY:
Our client is a respected global provider of consumer electronics and photography equipment. The successful candidate will be working at their European Headquarters in Uxbridge in the Consumer (B2C) Channel.
ROLE:
The role of the Professional Services Coordinator is to administrate events, equipment and systems to deliver the benefits of the CPS Programme (partner support) to registered professional photographers.
This role will report to our Professional Services Manager within the Professional Imaging team. Some travel and attendance at European events will be required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Organise repair and loan service to accredited photographers at major international events in the EMEA region such as Olympic Games, World Cup, Formula 1, Fashion Weeks etc.
1) arrange suitable space/facilities at the venues in cooperation with the organising bodies
2) prepare shipments, accommodation and travel
3) coordinate international staff requests/attendance
b) Manage the CPS equipment pool
1) receive and queue requests from internal/external customers and evaluate against availability, prioritise and forward as confirmed requests.
3) monitor equipment loan returns and chase overdue if necessary
4) process insurance claims for missing/damaged equipment
5) reporting (inventory reports, equipment planning, overdue loan management)
c) Monitor & Report on local events
1) monitoring, expense tracking and reporting of local pro business support and development activities
2) budget tracking and administration
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Please only apply if you meet ALL of the following criteria:
a) Good knowledge about photography, camera equipment and ideally a technical knowledge about professional photography equipment.
b) You must have strong event management experience.
c) Excellent administration and organisational skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft and/or Mac.
d) Strong people skills with the ability to organise creative individuals.
e) Fluent English (verbal and written), additional European languages very desirable.
