Posted Position Title: OTR Project Management Coordinator Career Level: Experienced FunctionSales Function Segment: Functional Management Location: Hungary City: Budaors Postal Code: 2040 Relocation AssistanceNo Role Summary/Purpose:This position can be located in either of the three countries: Hungary or Romania or Greece. The OTR Project Management Coordinator ensures Customer Contract fulfillment at highest Quality and Integrity, while maintaining inventory and cost control. Essential Responsibilities - Plan and pro-actively manage the entire process of fulfilling a customer contract from Order Entry to Collection to ensure that customer requirements are met. - Establish and maintain communication with the appropriate individuals throughout the process (Installation Specialist, Logistics, account manager, application coordinator, Finance, Service, supply chain, sourcing, quality etc.) - Order Entry and backlog quality. Implement changes as required for each project followed. Optimize Sales transfers. - Monitor the Customer Plan versus actual to pro-actively manage and drive sales predictability and linearity - Ensure orders validation, compliance and approvals before Order Entry - Confirms customer requested date and drives execution planning - Own and update timely key dates using local operating mechanisms and reports. - Reviews weekly sales estimates, owns risk assessment and quantification. Manages risks and upsides to deliver commitment. - Set up order review with Finance/Sales/Modality/Service. - Daily follow up of customer credit documentation and inventory. - Give shipping and billing instructions in accordance with contracts terms and conditions. - Follow shipment, installation, application via reports. - Follow up on collections issues due to OTR. - Provide root cause on defect analysis, continuously searches and acts on opportunities to improve OTR processes - Monitor and coordinate daily logistics traffic from warehouses. Qualifications/Requirements: - Business/Logistics degree. - 3 to 5 years experience in project management or order management. - Fluent English and local language (Hungarian/Romanian/Greek depending on location). - Customer Satisfaction Oriented. - Supports change and innovative – always looks at how to improve self and business. - Analytical & Decisive – anticipates obstacles, identifies contingency plans, makes decisions proactively - Team player. - Self starter, independent & committed to deliver. - Ability to use Systems and work in a matrix environment. - Good Understanding of the supply chain / OTR process. - Proficient at understanding how the Order Configuration/Order Entry and approval processes work (Siebel, eOM etc.) - Good Product knowledge. - Good communicator – able to communicate complex information effectively, understand audience needs and adaps style and content - ISO knowledge. Desired Characteristics - Project Management. - Transportation & Customs. - Siebel, eOM, Oracle, Cognos, GFB, MS Excel tool knowledge.
