They are expanding constantly improving their services and technology and were recognized and awarded many times for the best customer service company.
They are based in Greece and they welcome all that are keen in new software and want to work with computers, laptops, Internet. Now they are looking for German technical support representatives for their reputed client.
The role:
The purpose of the role is to maintain solid customer relationship by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Performs data entry and uses software programs and troubleshooting German customer’s problems.
Responsibilities:
• To provide support by phone and email towards end-consumers
• Logging of calls from customers onto the company database;
• To Follow escalation procedures to resolve problems or issues;
• To Enrich the lives of German customers by providing unparalleled customer service;
• To Provide complete and appropriate solutions for German customers via phone;
• To Work effectively with the other members of the team;

Requirements:
• German Native
• Keen Interest in technologies and troubleshooting;
• Experience in Customer services.
• Excellent communication skills;
• Customer service oriented;
