Multilingual Guest Coordinators

We are an internatinal acting Recruitment Consultancy. On behalf of various 5 Star Resorts throughout Greece we are looking for Multilingual Guest Coordinators for the upcoming season 2011 (May-October).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist high volume of guests upon arrival and departure

Resolve guest challenges independently with fair and positive resolution

Process service sales transactions / responsible and accountable for daily revenues

Suggest additional services and treatments when making guest reservations

Work openly and effectively with a diverse clientele base

Plan and participate in personal and team goals

Be proactive with environmental awareness and lifestyle

Fulfill role of Institute concierge / host as appropriate

Openly take on new responsibilities as designated
QUALIFICATION:

Experience within a 5 Star environment a big advantage

Knowledge of Greek + English mandatory (as much languages as possible a big plus, e.g. German, Russian, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin, French)

Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
