The Job:

You will handle inbound calls on a daily basis

Maintain customer relationships

Resolve customer’s technical issues

Ensure customer satisfaction

Handling enquiries with speed and professionalism

Working hours Monday to Friday 09:00 to 21:00

You are the ideal candidate when you have:

Perfect writing abilities in 2 of the following languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Dutch

Advanced PC and typing skills

Strong technical understanding

Previous Customer Care or Technical Support experience

Very good problem solving and communication skills

Flexible to move to the capital of Greece
