My Client is a Multi National Organisation recruiting for German Technical Support/Customer Support Representatives

Our Client will book your flight, book you 2 weeks accommodation for your arrival, provide you with assistance in seeking for accommodation

Benefits:

- Extra salaries are calculable on the months of stay in the company: 2 extra salaries- 1 full salary is paid before Christmas; ½ before Easter; ½ for summer vacations
- Flight ticket (one way)from any destination in Europe– you need to provide a passport copy and indicate the airport you wish to travel from
- 2 weeks of hotel accommodation in close proximity to the office of the company
- Taxi to take you from the airport to the hotel and on your 1st day to work

Training

The role:

- Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls and queries
- Answer contacts promptly and professionally
- Resolve customer problems using the relevant tools and systems
- Ability to apply analytical and investigative skills to resolve customer issues
- Strong computer skills
- Utilizes effective verbal and written communication skills in order to work effectively with customers, other department members and with all members of the company worldwide
- Maintain accurate records in customer database system
- Provides feedback on process and support improvements

Start day: May 16th
