Responsibilities
Handling inbound calls for multinational electronic company
Identify the best solution of customer quarries
Providing excellent customer service
Handle customer quarries by phone, email or chat

Requirements
Fluent and TURKISH and Russian and English language
Interest in computer and technology
Previous call center and technical support experience
Ready to relocate to Athens Greece.
Excellent knowledge of IT
Candidate Must have EU Nationality
