Owned by young people, Lime Photography is a constantly growing company which provides photographic services to thousands of international clients each year.
We are now searching for new members in our team for 2012 season. Two weeks of training in the sunny island of Rhodes will turn you into a successful photographer.

Salary offered (net): 1000 - 2500 EUR/month

Job description, information about the position:

All applicants must be available starting with April 2012. EU Citizens Only.

C.V. in English only with photo will be taken in to consideration.
No previous experience needed.

Only the candidates selected for the first Skype interview will be notified by email. The first stage interviews will be held in the first 2 weeks of March.

The job: Hotel Photographer
Where: Island of Rhodes, Greece
When: April – October 2012

Who: Female or Male, 22 - 38 years old
Why: Because you will earn a lot of money and you will learn a lot

Job Description:

Taking photographs of hotel guests at dinner time, mostly in front of the Restaurant.
Selling the photographs next day in the morning.
The photographs are displayed on a board in front of the Restaurant.

Working hours:

Effective hours: 7-10:30 a.m. and from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m.
Extra time will be spend for preparation and transportation to work. Every day you will work in a different hotel and each hotel is located at a different distance from the office.
Days off: 2 per month.

Accommodation:

One room studios for 2 persons with bathroom, kitchen, TV and AC.
We provide washing machine, iron and ironing board for the team.
The rent is paid by the employee. Prices may vary from 175 – 200 € / person.
We will find the house for you. All photographers will live in the same building, in different studios.

FOR YOU
1. Salary + Commission + Bonus

Salary
Fix amount of 600€/ month for the photographers working with their own equipment.
Fix amount of 500€/ month for the photographers working with our equipment.

Commission
1st Commission – From 5 to 20% commission according to daily sales. Payable daily.
2nd Commission – 10% from "Photo Orders"(personalized mugs, T-Shirts etc.) Payable once a month together with the salary.

Bonus – Extra amounts earned by reaching targets

A. 1000€ Extra Bonus for OUTSTANDING Results
Monthly Bonus (from June to September)

B. 500€ Bonus for Respectable Results

Real life example:
Last year one of our less productive photographer earned 1000€/ month but our most productive one earned over 3700€/ month. The difference was made by motivation.
