The Job

Job Description:
Taking photographs of hotel guests at dinner time, mostly in front of the Restaurant.
Selling the photographs next day in the morning.
The photographs are displayed on a board in front of the Restaurant.

Working hours:
Effective hours: 7-10:30 a.m. and from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m.
Extra time will be spend for preparation and transportation to work. Every day you will work in a different hotel and each hotel is located at a different distance from the office.
Days off: 2 per month.

Accommodation:
One room studios for 2 persons with bathroom, kitchen, TV and AC.
We provide washing machine, iron and ironing board for the team.
The rent is paid by the employee. Prices may vary from 150 – 200 € / person.
We will find the house for you. All photographers will live in the same building, in different studious.

Salary + Commission + Bonus

Salary - Fix amount of 600€/ month

Commission – From 5 to 20% commission according to your daily sales


Bonus – Extra amounts earned by reaching targets

50€/week Best Photographer
Weekly Bonus (only for May)

1000€ Extra Bonus for OUTSTANDING Results
Monthly Bonus (for all the other months)

500€ Bonus for Respectable Results
Monthly Bonus (for all the other months)

Real life example:
Last year one of our less productive photographer earned 1200€/month but our productive one earned over 3300€/ month. The difference was made by motivation.
