LRS is looking to recruit a Hebrew speaking Customer Service Assistant for a world renowned group with offices in sunny Athens.

The role

The candidate will be required to deal with customers in English and Hebrew via email or chat. The Support team troubleshoots on various queries for hardware, software and other support issues for Hebrew speaking customers. These could be a range of queries, and should all be dealt with expediently and efficiently.


The Candidate

- Fluency in English and Hebrew
- Some Customer Service experience
- Some experience in customer service and support roles, and must demonstrate a polite and engaging attitude.
- Should be willing to be located in Athens
