Role: You will answer queries from customers on a range of product and technical issues regarding their account. These requests will be very varied and may involve sorting account management.

Skills: The ideal candidate will speak fluent Hebrew, plus excellent English. This position is a combination of customer and technical support so it would be required that you have a very good PC knowledge. Candidates should have supported customers in a previous role either face-to-face or on the phone and be very confident dealing with business customers.
