LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently recruiting a Greek Speaking Customer Service Officer for their client, an international bank in London.

Main Responsibilities

Cashier Duties:

" Set up till area, serve clients with cash and deposit items according to banks procedures
" Support other departments and operations with client information from the Greek online
" Assist with fixed deposit transfers and foreign exchange transactions
" Opening, closing of client accounts
" Issuing duplicate statements and confirmations
" Productions of Deposit/Loan interest certificates

Clearing

" Processing of inward clearing, direct debits, cheque, bank and bank giro credits
" Deal with unpaid cheques and direct debits
" Deal with incoming enquiries and discrepancies

Payments
" Nostro Reconciliations
" SWIFT
" CHAPS
" BACS

Reception

" Provide cover for Reception during lunch hour or during annual leave
" Managing incoming calls and enquiries
" Welcoming and assisting visitors
" Arranging courier collections and deliveries
" Receiving and recording registered mail

Requirements

" Fluency in written English and Greek
" Graduate level education
" Customer Service Experience in Banking is preferred
" Excellent communications and customer services skills
" Attention to detail and good IT skills
