Greek Cuisine Instructor Wanted (Greece)

I am looking for the experience of a lifetime; someone willing to teach me Greek cooking in their own home or restaurant; an immersion into Greek cooking and culture. I'm open to any location in Greece. I am a Canadian wanting to stay in Greece for 2-3 months from April to June 2011. I will be with my wife and 2 young children ages 3 and 6. I am passionate about Greek cuisine and want to broaden my knowledge of Greek cooking.

I am looking for someone who is passionate about cooking Greek cuisine and equally passionate about sharing what they know. Appropriate compensation can be discussed. We are interested in learning about Greek culture and very open minded travellers. Because we are travelling from Canada I will also need to arrange accommodation so appreciate any assistance you might be able to provide. Thanks!
