The Job: * German speaking Technical Support
Responsibilities:
• Provide customer services via telephone
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Track and follow up on cases to ensure problem resolution
• Problem solving
• Provide feedback and identify areas for improvement
• Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
• Native level in German
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience is desirable but not necessary
