Role: You will answer queries from customers on a range of products and technical issues regarding their account. These requests will be very varied and may involve sorting account management.

Skills: The ideal candidate will speak fluent German, plus excellent English. He/She will have previous experience or academic formation in the I.T. sector and very good PC knowledge. Candidates should have supported customers in a previous role either face-to-face or on the phone and be very confident dealing with business customers.
