Salary: € 1,045.72 /month + production bonus up to €150/month + relocation package

Location: Greece

Job Type: 6 months fixed term contract to permanent, full time

Working hours: Mon – Fri, Shifts between 10am – 9pm

Start date: ASAP

The Company:

Our client, a global leader in outsourced call centres, is currently recruiting for Customer Services Agents with technical skills and fluency in German to work in their offices in Greece.

The Role:

-Handling inbound calls/ enquiries from the clients and customers via phone and chat lines.

-To ensure client complaints are dealt in line with the company’s complaint escalation policy.

-Professionally handling incoming questions in the relevant languages

-Providing first-level troubleshooting and high quality customer services to consumers and clients.

-To have good knowledge of the products and services of the campaign you are dealing with.

-Managing calls on the system from the first point of contact to completion

-To attempt recurrent trainings and succeed to certifications and exams.

-Building strong working relationships with customers and clients

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate for the role of Customer Service Agent with technical skills will ideally:

-Be fluent to native level in German as well as English (both written and spoken)

-Advanced knowledge of PC (hardware, software and internet)

-Excellent communication skills, logical solution of the problems

-High level customer service skills, attentive to details

-Have excellent troubleshooting and prioritisation skills

-Be organised and punctual
