Working hours: Mon- Fri, 10am – 6pm

The Company:

Our client, a global leader in outsourced call centres, is currently recruiting for Customer Services Agents with technical skills and fluency in German and French to work from their offices in Greece.

The Role:

-Respond and record B2B consumer enquiries raised through phone and chat lines.

-Provide high level of customer service to clients at all times.

-Technical support and technical problem solving of all kind of enquiries

-Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training.

-Increase the sound knowledge of all the products and services provided to the clients.

-To execute technical related call backs on time, according to the current standards of quality.

-Professionally handling incoming questions in the relevant languages, actively listening and utilizing less time

-Ensuring all incoming calls are allocated and resolved efficiently and customer satisfaction achieved.

-Building strong working relationships with clients and account management

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate for the role of Customer Service Agent with technical skills will ideally:

-Be fluent to native level in German and French as well as English

-Advanced Internet research skills

-Hardware and software knowledge –advanced

-Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems with courtesy and articulately

-Strong team spirit, passionate about customer care

-Be highly organised, punctual and committed
