Daily duties of the German and French Technical Support Agent:
*The German and French Technical Support Agent will be providing support by phone and email towards end-consumers
*The German and French Technical Support Agent will be logging of calls from customers onto the company database;
*The German and French Technical Support Agent will follow the escalation procedures to resolve problems or issues;
