Our Client is a world's biggest provider for CRM and Contact Center services with offices in all continents. In the Benelux the company is active since 1993 and grown into a key player within it's branch. They are expanding constantly improving their services and technology and were recognized and awarded many times for the best customer service company.
They are based in the Greece and they welcome all that are keen in new software and want to work with computers, laptops, Internet. Now they are looking for German technical support representatives for their reputed client.

Daily duties of the German Technical Support Agent:
*The German Technical Support Agent will be providing support by phone and email towards end-consumers in German.
*The German Technical Support Agent will be logging calls from customers onto the company database.
*The German Technical Support Agent will be following escalation procedures to resolve problems or issues.
*The German Technical Support Agent will provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all of customers.
*The German Technical Support Agent will enrich the lives of customers by providing unparalleled customer service.
*The German Technical Support Agent will provide complete and appropriate solutions for customers via phone.
*The German Technical Support Agent will work effectively with the other members of the team.

Requirements of the German Technical Support Agent:
*The German Technical Support Agent will be German native or near native
*The German Technical Support Agent will have an interest in technologies and troubleshooting;
*The German Technical Support Agent will have experience in Customer services.
*The German Technical Support Agent will have excellent communication skills;
*The German Technical Support Agent will be Customer service oriented.
