LRS is looking to recruit German/English speaking Customer Care/Technical Support staff for an international company’s offices in sunny Athens.
The Role
The candidate will take emails or chat and messages from customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The Support team troubleshoots on various queries for hardware, software and other support issues for German speaking customers. These could be a range of queries, and should all be dealt with expediently and efficiently.
Requirements
• German fluency to native level with strong English language skills
• Some Customer Service and Technical Support experience
• Some experience in customer service and support roles with and must demonstrate a polite and engaging attitude.
• Willing to be located in Athens
This company employs a great number of international personnel, so the candidate will be surrounded by colleagues who have relocated to Athens as well, and have a social network from day one.
