• Providing customer services via chatting for one of the leading computer producer’s clients
• Providing and maintaining strong relationship with clients
• Tracking and following up on cases to ensure problem resolution
• Problem escalation
• Providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement
• Other ad-hoc duties
The candidate
• Educated to a high school level or equivalent
• Native level of German language and fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent typing skills
• Previous related experience is desirable but not necessary
