Company: We are recruiting for a client that has a new shared service centre based in Greece. They are hiring staff to assist them support their customer base in Italian and French. They have customer service and IT support roles for bilingual speakers.

Role: You will answer inbound queries via telephone and email from business customers on a range of product and technical issues regarding their account. These requests will be very varied and may involve sorting account management.

Skills: The ideal candidate will have a fluent bilingual level of French and Italian, plus excellent English. This role is a combination of customer and technica support so He/She will have a very good PC knowledge. Candidates should have supported customers in a previous role either face-to-face or on the phone and be very confident dealing with business customers.
