Role: Supporting their French and German business customers you will respond to queries regarding software issues and troubleshooting. The role will involve supporting German and French customers via phone and email and to solve their problems.

Skills: The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years customer support, technical support, helpdesk or similar experience. In addition you will need to speak Fluent German and French and be interested in moving to Southern Europe.
