Purpose
To manage the daily activities of the dedicated multi lingual displays support team in the CSC as well as warranty and non warranty service requests from PSE “zone” utilising central repair function based in PCD plant.

Responsibilities
•Provide direct supervision of Prime Support displays support and service logistics process.
•Manage and diagnose customer issues, taking initial escalations and feedback, managing appropriate follow up action in order to resolve issues.
•Manage daily relationship with dispersed service providers both internal and external.
•Implement and refine processes to accommodate service requirements.
•Work with Asst manager to ensure stressful multi cultural workplace remains productive.
•To match and exceed current customer satisfaction ratings on service delivery.
•Provide escalation for customers and internal feedback, and take actions to ensure that issues are efficiently resolved.
•Proactively improve processes, systems and team performance wherever possible to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction in PSE service offerings
•Provide line management for staff of 9 helpdesk team members from varying European countries.

Qualifications and Professional Experience
•Fluent in English plus one or more of the following, Spanish, French, German, Italian.
•3 years plus in frontline support role.
•3 years plus of working with customers and colleagues from different European cultures.
•Excellent communication and service skills.
•Excellent knowledge of service delivery mechanisms and processes.
