Company: We are recruiting for a client that has a new shared service centre based in Greece. They are hiring staff to assist them support their customer data base. They have customer service and IT support roles for Dutch speakers.

Role: You will answer queries from customers on a range of product and technical issues regarding their account. These requests will be very varied and may involve sorting account management.

Skills: The ideal candidate will speak fluent Dutch, plus excellent English. This role is a combination of customer and technical support so the successful candidate will have very good PC knowledge. Candidates should have supported customers in a previous role either face-to-face or on the phone and be very confident dealing with business customers.
