Meghen Group Support Service is currently recruiting French Technical Service Support Agents for a client - a multinational outsourcing company based in Greece. We are looking for a person like YOU to work in the heart of Athens. It is entry level role and no experience is required! We welcome all applicants with fluent French and with interest in new technologies such as mobile phones, laptops and internet. You must be available to move to Athens. Job summary:

• Day-to-day duties will include handling inbound and outbound calls to and from end-users, dealers and resellers

• When required handle customer queries in written form such as email, fax, chat or letter

• Identify, analyze and find solutions to customer issues related to the use an/or configuration of the products and services of the company

• Maintain constant product knowledge, follow up on any updates applicable

• Suggest improvements to or creation of new knowledgebase articles based on developing trends and resolved customer issues.

• Strive to successfully make every customer an NPS Promoter by delighting customers, above and beyond the call of duty
