Responsibilities:

- To ensure client satisfaction by offering specialized advice
- To actively listen and pay attention to client issues
- To resolve client queries and problems according to the company values

Main Tasks:

- Partake in sales and costumer care campaigns via Chatting
- Respond to and record consumer enquiries/questions.
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions & feedback on the customer services database.
- To handle client complaints and provide a customer service within the higest level of quality.
- To work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues.
- To troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training.
- To interact with other departments in order to resolve issues.

Requirements:

Academic Background:
- High School diploma or equivalent

Languages:

- Native or almost native German (written, spoken).
- Good knowledge of English

Work experience:
- 3 months work experience in a similar role will be considered as an asset

Technicall Skills:
- Advanced internet research skills
- Hardware and software Medium to advanced knowledge.
- Typing Speed : 20 words/minute
- Good Knowledge in mobile technology
- IT Skills (PC literate, Mid level MS Office packages knowledge (specifically MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).

Personal Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, strong team spirit, passionate about customer care
- Active Listening
- Handling Inbound Calls
- Previous customer service experience is a MUST

Benefits:
- Salary: 1045 eurs. per month,(plus bonus up to 240 per month)
- Excellent relocation packet.
