We are currently looking for 10 high profile German speakers to joing Customer Service Team of our Client based in Anthes.

The role:

• Responding to clients queries over telephone and email

• Provideing customer /technical support

• Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

• Performing data entry and uses software programs.

Requierents:

• Strong IT knowledge, troubleshooting

• Capable of explaining technical issues to various audience

• Native fluency in German and good level of English.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Capable of handling & communicating effectively with all customer types

• Have strong problem solving skills to diagnose and logically resolve customer problems.
