Hip 200 seat Greek Restaurant in Miami, Florida seeking experienced Chef. Looking for someone with a great attitude, work ethic, accountability and responsibility. Open minded, fresh ideas, and exuding with positivity!
Among our expectations, Chef will command kitchen with regards to staffing, management of kitchen staff, inventory, prep, line duties, orders placed and received, weekly meetings and reports with management, maintaining target figures.

This is a salaried position. Menu is authentic Greek cuisine, specializing in home cooked traditional dishes and grilled whole fish.
