Captain/Manager (Greece/Rodos)

Hello, I am currently living in the U.S. and I am looking to relocate back to Rodos. I have strong ties and family on the island and have gone to school there partially, althugh I have been away for 25 years.

In those 25 years I have accomplished alot. After the military and college, I went into business fo my self, owning and/or managing various types of restaurants, from casual to fine dining. My skills include menu planning/writing, employee training in customer service, building cohesive teams and running a profitable business. I have also become and accomplished chef.

My main area of expertise has become managing others, including, hiring, training, overseeing theri performance for the benefit of the company.

I am a USGC certified captain(Up to 100 ton). So far mainly recreational boating, but qualified to cruise to and navigate to anywhere on the planet.

I am looking for a position in the tourist industry perhaps or as a captain in a day charter. I have fresh ideas for extracting tourist money into the economy, somewhat like a carribean operation.

Fluent in Greek and English with a good grasp in Dutch.
