At the moment they are running several protects in their operation in Athens Greece and recruiting French Speakers to support customers of TOP IT leader. The role - Technical Support for Top Smartphone

• Providing technical support and maintaining strong relationship with clients in French language
• Answering to all incoming request via telephone, email and fax and dealing with technical issues
• Other ad-hoc duties


You Profile:

• Fluent French speaker with fluency in English
• Highly interested in developing your career in IT
• Keen to use your excellent communication skills while dealing with international clients
• Eager to learn and would like to be trained on newest technology and Customer relations techniques
