Business Planning Executive

The position reports to the Head of Business Planning. It is a key role in liaising between company’s sales and internal departments, ensuring that top-notch creative mobile promotion proposals reach major mobile operators in markets around the world. This role is ideal for a candidate with high potential who wishes to be rewarded for outstanding performance, while having the opportunity to gain valuable international business experience in large-scale mobile marketing projects. The role involves:

• Research & analysis of market and operator data & requirements

• Planning, design & preparation of sales material

• Generating persuasive, creative & error free presentations

• Composing written proposals as a response to international RFPs

• Supporting & guiding the international sales team

Job Requirements:

• Higher level of education in marketing, advertising, management, sales or related disciplines

• 3-5 years of work experience in the fields of consulting, marketing, telecoms or information technology

• Outstanding MS PowerPoint skills

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (multi-lingual is a plus)

• Attention to detail

• Marketing and creative capability, while also maintaining a clear sense of business objectives

• International perspective and culture

• Able to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment that requires fresh thinking, innovation and time dedication

• Tech-savvy and comfortable in a field that combines elements of multiple disciplines (technology, marketing, mass psychology)

Other Considerations:

• Experience in the Mobile Operator Industry

• Business development or account management experience

• MBA or postgraduate business degree (or similar experience) a plus

• English as a native language considered as a plus

• Knowledge of Spanish considered as a plus
