Job Description: Our client is a leading provider of software solutions to the Financial Services sector. With a truly global presence they are currently expanding into Greece and are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join their growing team as a Business Analyst.
This represents a unique and rewarding challenge for the successful candidate.
The Business Analyst will own the clients business requirements and will be responsible for gathering, documenting and validating the business requirements.
Activities/Key Tasks:
• To manage communication with the client and the internal teams with an objective to agree and finalise the business requirements and the proposed solution.
• Take responsibility for Service Requests reported by clients and retain ownership of the Service Request until it has been deployed successfully in the clients environment.
• To analyse and validate that client’s business objectives are achieved by the agreed business requirements and to propose alternatives where appropriate.
• To provide system/product consultancy support to clients and educate clients on system features and functionality where required.
Skills/Experience:
• Educated to degree level or equivalent in an IT related field
• Minimum of two to three years relevant work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Greek is a must
• A quick learner with an aptitude for IT systems and software
• Ability to travel as required
• Previous work experience as a business analyst in a software company would be highly beneficial
