Working in close collaboration with Google’s Display Sales, Marketing and Content Partnership teams you will conceive and develop large-scale sponsored programs that attract sponsorship from the biggest advertisers in Europe. Specifically you'll conceive and manage highly creative ad-funded YouTube marketing programs that target distinct audiences. This is the start of a new EMEA team and requires working closely with an established US Branded Program team to understand and replicate successful processes and revenue models. You will be a ‘hands-on’ self-starter able to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively, deliver to deadline and lead from the front.
Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic sponsored/ad-funded EMEA programs and projects for key accounts in partnership with Google’s display sales teams.
* Collaborate with YouTube Partnerships, Marketing & Creative teams to identify content genres with distinct audiences and huge inventories. You will then conceive, pitch, deliver, report and optimise best-in-class innovative branded programs.
* Coordinate efforts and work in conjunction with internal teams to develop sales and client facing materials including decks, and internal sales communication materials that effectively communicate program, core value propositions and program benefits.
* Foster excellent long-term senior level client relations with successful Branded Program clients.
Requirements:
* BA/BS or equivalent, ideally with a strong academic record.
* Relevant experience in branded program management with major advertisers, building and maintaining brand/content sponsorship programs, preferably using Google media products.
* TV/Film/Video/Music experience would be beneficial.
* Proven success of managing long-term sponsor relations, commissioning and shaping effectiveness research, presenting sponsor program optimisation strategies.
* Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy; strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to localise and position branded programs in diverse EMEA markets.
* Outstanding communication, presentation, written and time management skills.
* English mandatory, fluency in a second European language strongly preferred.
