Responsibilities
 Handling inbound calls for multinational electronic company
 Identify the best solution of customer quarries
 Providing excellent customer service
 Handle customer quarries by phone, email or chat

Requirements
 Fluent and Slovenian and Czech and English language
 Interest in computer and technology
 Previous call centre and technical support experience
 Ready to relocate to Athens Greece.
 Excellent knowledge of IT
 Candidate Must have EU Nationality
