The role:

* You will be working in a dynamic and multinational team with career progression opportunities and on a daily basis you will be
* Providing technical support and maintaining strong relationship with clients in Russian and Polish language
* Answering to all incoming request via telephone, email and fax and dealing with technical issues
*Other ad-hoc duties

Your profile:

* Fluent Russian and Polish speaker with fluency in English
*Strong IT skills
* Interested in developing your career in IT
* Keen to use your excellent communication skills while dealing with international clients
* Eager to learn and would like to be trained on newest technology and Customer relations techniques
* Love teamwork and multinational environment
