Bilingual Database Administrator- EU Organisation-3 Month Contract

Our client, an EU Regulatory Body based in the Docklands is seeking a temporary database/archivist administrator for a temporary contract, to start as soon as possible.

• The input and registration of the meta data of incoming applications and associated information into the Archives Filemaker database
• The barcoding of the registered applications
• The correct and timely upload of medical submissions in the appropriate systems in accordance with agreed timelines
• Making available the necessary submissions for validation and informing the relevant staff members
• The efficient filing and archiving of said documents
• Carrying out of searches in the Archives database for the retrieval of documents on request;
• Managing retrievals, creating and updating records to maintain control of the movement of records;
• Maintaining the archives database accurately;

Perform other duties as required.

Successful candidates are likely to have:
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and Excel
• Very solid Professional experience with databases
• Excellent analytical and judgement skills
• Very good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and at least one other EU Language
• Educated to A-level equivalent or above

Knowledge in the following areas would be an advantage:
• Filemaker Database.

Salary £10-13 per hour + excellent paid holiday and working conditions.
