LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking an Account Director to work for a global through the line advertising and production agency. You will be working for their European Head quarter based in Central London

Our client is a Creative Advertising and Production Agency providing a selection of various international adaptation and localisation services through the line, the ideal candidate need to be an exceptional Account Director Senior Account Manager working on some exciting Brands famous worldwide

Advertising Account Director Through The Line – Sport Brands - Duties:

• Responsibility for day-to-day client relationship management, this includes business development and pitches on new projects
• Together with Operations Director identify/win new clients in existing/new industries and take initiatives to improve profitability
• Assist Operations Director in setting up of new accounts, resource planning and specific procedures for that account and setup
• Provide advice and support to Senior Account Managers and more junior team members in terms of project timelines and budgets
• Manage billings and provide information requested by Financial Controller for monthly billings report
• If applicable, produce and present financial reports to clients on spending etc.
• Maintain and update CRM system or similar with client specific information and updates
• Proactively and independently conduct client presentations and attend client meetings
• Regularly conduct follow ups and client satisfaction surveys after delivery of projects to maintain quality and client relationship
• Work with Operations Director to identify potential new business for existing clients and ways of increasing profitability for those accounts
• Support Senior Account Manager in handling issue escalation and resolution by following the set client complaints/escalation procedure




Advertising Account Director Through The Line – Sport Brands - In order to apply for this exciting role you will need to have:

• Excellent experience of project management/account handling within either communications agency (ATL, BTL, TTL and/or interactive) or the marketing services department of an advertiser (client-side) or possibly a production facility or other relevant advertising industry
• Have a track record of: successfully handling complex and multifaceted project with many moving parts – possibly related to the transcreation and/or production of international communications materials
• Building working relationships with clients and partner companies
• Extremely organised and thorough (crisis prevention instead of crisis reaction where possible
