My client is a multinational outsourcing company based in Greece. For their new projects starting in February we are now recruiting French Customer Service Support to work in the heart of Athens. It is entry level role and no experience is required! We welcome all applicants with fluent French and with interest in new technologies like mobile phones, laptops and internet. You must be available to move to Athens immediately. Very attractive relocation package is offered to successful candidates.

The Role:

• Provide customers with friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer support.

• Provide troubleshooting services to customers by email.

• Work effectively with other team members to provide support for customers.

Candidate requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Fluent French written and spoken

• Good English

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interest in technology and mobiles

• Customer service, technical support and contact centre experience an advantage
